The METRO Travel Centres at Keighley Bus Station, Bradford Interchange and Leeds City Bus Station, which are open:

When the Travel Centre at Keighley Bus Station is closed, our Duty Manager is there to assist you from: -
- Mondays to Fridays: 0815 to 2300
- Saturdays: 0815 to 2300
- Sundays: 1100 to 2300
The Yorkshire Coastliner office at Leeds City Bus Station between: -
- Mondays to Fridays: 0800 to 1730
- Saturdays: 0800 to 1730

Tourist Information Centre, Coach Street, Skipton, between: -

Keighley Bus Users Group
The Keighley Bus Users Group (BUGs) has been running since 1993.
The group is made up of Keighley and District customers and meets every few months with representatives of the company to discuss ideas about how bus services in Keighley can be developed and further improved.

Operating Centre
The company's depot is in Suresnes Road, Keighley, where all buses are based. Due to Health and Safety considerations no public access is available to the depot, although organised visits can sometimes be arranged.
